Movant focuses on a limited number of senior advisory and transformation engagements. In addition, the company may deploy its own capital selectively and hold participations with a long-term ownership perspective.
Movant AG is being established in Cham, Canton of Zug, as an independent Swiss enterprise. The company will acquire legal personality upon registration in the Swiss Commercial Register. Final company details and legal references will be added following publication.
